We're proud to announce that Clearplan, Inc. has successfully completed the SOC (Service Organization Control) 1-SSAE 16 Type II audit for 2017.

Successfully completing a SOC audit is a significant accomplishment for any organization. The controls Clearplan have in place and continue to maintain are an excellent indication of the suitable control environment we have developed to properly serve our customers.

This successful SOC audit illustrates Clearplan's dedication to providing the highest levels of security for our business and our customers.

What is a SOC Audit?

The Service Organization Control Reports® (SOC2) is a tool to evaluate a vendor’s ability to operate within standard industry best practices.

SOC2 audits reveal whether you have a management structure that cares about privacy, security and work process with proper controls.

Service Organization Control Reports® are internal control reports on the services provided by a service organization providing valuable information for users to assess the risk mitigation efforts established by an outsourced service.

Though most Clearplan consumers are probably not familiar with the SOC audit, financial organizations and high-level security companies recognize it as the primary indicator of appropriate company policies, identification and mitigation of security risks, internal controls, appropriate information access, and implementation of logical and physical security required of banking and financial service providers.

Clearplan is proud to have completed the 2017 audit with positive results across the spectrum of established policies, procedures, controls and physical and logical security.
